Our recent webinar, “How the Competitive Landscape has Changed and What to do About It,” was so popular that we’ve decided to continue the conversation! There’s plenty more to say about the emergence of new competitors vying for limited time, attention, and financial resources.
Associations not only compete with one another, but competition from the for-profit sector has increased for virtually every association offering, from publications to trade shows to networking and educational programs. Associations’ ability (or lack thereof) to successfully compete with a growing list of products and service providers is an ongoing challenge. Focused, strategic decisions are required to not simply survive, but to thrive in this highly competitive environment.
